“We just brought our house 2 and a half months ago. We had a 10 week renovation job being completed on our house. We did a google search and narrowed it down to 6 floor companies based on the reviews. We had them come over to the house to take measurements and give us pricing for repairing, sanding, staining and adding additional flooring to three rooms. Robert arrived on the time, was very professional and straight forward which we liked. Although Excellence Hardwood Flooring was not our lowest quote, we liked his honesty and had a good feeling about him. Our feeling paid off because our floors look amazing. We went with a dark hardwood (jaccobee) and when we have people over the first thing they compliment us on is our floors. There was no hidden costs, he was straight forward with pricing and issues he would probably encounter once we ripped up the carpet and the condition of the floors. I give this company 5 stars and would definitely recommend the company to my friends.”
